Transportation Impact Analysis Studies

A Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) evaluates the operational characteristics of intersections located nearby a proposed development and determines if they are operating in a manner that meets City, County, or State requirements, and if not, identifies potential street improvements such as: upgraded street geometry, new or modified traffic signals, roundabouts or other traffic control devices, or the need for new street connections.
